Overhauling and Photos

We're currently in the process of pulling new images for my new website. Yes a new website. Over the holidays we took the time to really look at www.MediaCarrot.com and found that the site isn't representing MediaCarrot like it should.

The images are old and not representative of the quality of work we produce. We don't feel the galleries show a full property. We'll also be changing the pricing and order structure. A full full overhaul!

We'd love to hear any suggestions you have to make viewing and navigating our site easier for you. We're excited to get started and definitely excited to see it finished and running!

In the mean time, take a look at some samples of water scapes, pools, and landscape designs from Politi Design...

Real Estate Photography and 360 degree Virtual Tours for 3860 Fountain Street, Camarillo

I had the opportunity to work with Santa Barbara realtor Mary Adams a little while back. While she works mostly out of Santa Barbara, she is helping to sell a friend's house in Camarillo. I love working in beautiful Camarillo, so I was happy to get her call. Not too far from old town Camarillo was a great neighborhood that this house was in...

Highly Upgraded Pristine 2005 Single Story 3
Bedroom, 2 Bathroom plus Den/Office. This beautiful
home features an open airy kitchen with granite
counter tops and stainless steel appliances all flowing
into the spacious family room with cozy fireplace. High
ceilings, plantation shutters, crown molding, ceiling
fans, and recessed lighting all contribute to this home's
appeal. Manicured backyard includes a covered
stamped concrete patio, perfect for entertaining. All
this and more... Must see.

I love it...

I love it when a client calls to let me know that I single handedly sold a house for them. While I was photographing his own home that he was listing, Lior Kane told me that I had sold this house for him. I laughed when he said this. However, he said he wasn't kidding. The virtual tour that I had taken of the house had caught the eye of a couple in Los Angeles. Pasadena wasn't even an area that they had considered looking. Then they saw my virtual tour and immediately called. They were at the house for a viewing the next day and made an offer.

I have to admit I'm pretty happy. I know virtual tours are a really great tool, but that is such a great example of how they can work for you.

Now the real question...where's my commission Lior?

Insight Virtual Tours!

I wanted to introduce another virtual tour photographer friend. Through RealTour Vision, the company that produces the virtual tour technology that I use, I met Lori Nunes from "Insite Virtual Tours". Lori is new to the business in the last year but Insite Virtual Tours has absolutely taken off! Let me tell you I have been learning a lot from her. Lori is a networking wiz! If you are located in the San Luis Obispo area and are looking for a great photographer to photograph your business or real estate, give Insite Virtual Tours a call!
